Originally published as a two-volume set starting in 1968, these two volumes, in their entirety, were combined in one book published in 2000. The two combined volumes were titled, “The Landmark History of the American People from Plymouth to Appomattox” and “The Landmark History of the American People from Appomattox to the Moon”. Two additional volumes were published starting in 2013 by Avyx, Inc. These are entitled “The Landmark History of the American People from Plymouth to the West” and “The Landmark History of the American People from Charleston to the Moon”
